• 100% Cottons or Batiks:6 layers
• 100% Cottons with fusible web:4 layers
• Fleece or Flannel: 1-2 layers
• Denim or Leather: 1 layer
• Batting or Felt: 1-2 layers
• Wool: 2 layers
• Silks or Satins: 6 layers
