Getting Started Instructions:
Things you need to know before you start!- All quantities are based on fabric 100cm/105cm (40/42”) wide, 100% cotton fabrics.
- All fabrics are sewn right sides together.
- All seams 6mm (¼”) unless otherwise stated differently
- Each block was made from my scrap busting pile. If you have enough fabric to cover the die shape, you have enough to make the block!
- I preferred to keep colours tonal to achieve the rainbow effect above.
- Be careful with using directional prints – make sure you are happy with the look.
- At times I discuss different pressing methods for seams. Try them all and choose which one best suit you!
- Any Qube size can be used. Just use the same number die to cut. You will, however, need more fabric than stated.
- Most importantly – Have fun!
